I really like Charade, but Breakfast at Tiffany's takes the cake. :) It'll surprise you if you don't know anything about it. It's likely the most referenced "Hepburn movie." Be careful calling them that though, considering Katharine Hepburn did her fair share of famous films. My fav was "Woman of the Year" with her and Spencer Tracy.
